looking back feeling down it was not how i saw it to be i thought but i thought wrong it was juz a wrong step things are spiralling out of control i have no means to stabilize it i just hope it turns out alrite in the end good intention backfired. i missed sports day this year, probably cause i din wanna watch it anyways or maybe i was just lazy. anyhow, gamma won and im happy for my hse. and i was so shocked to hear that dance won first for the 4 x 100 metres gals relay. well, i guess they din have enough guys to make up a guys team, not that we will win cause the competition's just too strong. its jux damn boring for me to stay at hm for the weekends, doing my homework, while half the time im doing some other irrelevant stuff. i jux wanna go out and have some fresh air but i jux cant bring myself to do so. dont ask why, go figure. to help you desperate people in gp, i'd decided to post some short facts that might be useful in every post. now im so much busier and more intellectual dont u think? haha. alright, we all know (probably) that Africa is commonly termed as the cursed continent (if you think it is a country, you're well on your way to failing gp). it has abundant but useless land, ongoing civil wars and conflicts and political corruption. however, one interesting reason for the state that Africa is in now is that of The Legacy of European Colonisation. (wth is that!?!) European colonialism had a devastating impact on Africa. The artificial boundaries created by colonial rulers as they ruled and finally left Africa had the effect of bringing together many different ethnic people within a nation that did not reflect, nor have (in such a short period of time) the ability to accommodate or provide for, the cultural and ethnic diversity. The freedom from imperial powers was, and is still, not a smooth transition. there was no prior education on what or how democracy worked and thus, the result of the switch from dictatorial to democracy was and still is chaotic. The natural struggle to rebuild is proving difficult. JoNz, tired of it all... 2:32 PM
