stop thinking that u're that big, cause you're not.

u dont run us, neither do u have the authority to do so.
as good as you might think your ideas are, they have to go through us.
dun implement them as though u're the boss of us, cause u're evidently not.
nice as u might be, there are some issues that are out of your hand.
respect yourself by knwing where you stand, rather than where u think u stand.
i used to respect you, and i still do.
bud if this continues, u might lose the respect frm me.
im not telling you in your face cause i knw that u yourself knw the limits.
please dun disappoint me or the rest of us.
